Displaced Syrians gather at a makeshift camp for displaced people near the northern town of Manbij on March 8, 2017 as the number of people fleeing from  in the northern province of Aleppo rises due to intensified battles between Syrian government forces and Islamic State (IS) group fighters. Tens of thousands of civilians have fled parts of eastern Aleppo province as government forces pound territory held by IS.
